Frédéric Billet offers a unique combination of extensive experience in corporate finance, development, management and operations.

As Founder and Managing Partner of Billet Invest, an independent boutique advisory firm formed in 2002 to provide high quality financial, strategy services to investors, he has developed an extensive expertise in Corporate Advisory, Transaction Support, Fundraising and Support for Private Equity firms.

Frédéric also counts a broad experience in Private Equity from supporting several European and US Private Equity firms. He has conducted several turnaround endeavors in service companies with revenues in the range of €25 to €100 million.

Prior to working in Private Equity, Frédéric headed for five years the follow-up and support role of a large portfolio of diversified investments and non listed companies (180 companies - €30 billion total assets) held by a leading French financial institution. Frédéric started his career in Kenya with Indosuez Bank, and then joined Arthur Andersen in Paris as a financial auditor.
